Our financial client in Batesville is seeking a contract Clinical Interviewer. This role will handle interview calls with prospective customers for their annuity product. If you have working medical knowledge and high-caliber customer service, please apply today!

Work model:

• On-Site
• 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM-6 PM
• Monday – Friday

What you will do:

• Conduct phone interviews about medical information
• Verify personal information
• Respond to questions about products and coverages
• Communication with underwriting on cases
• Ensure regulations are met

What you need to be successful:

• Associate degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of healthcare industry experience
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Organized and able to prioritize
