    As an Industrial Engineering Manager, you’ll spearhead engineering projects that optimize manufacturing methods, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll play a critical role in increasing distribution throughput and productivity while working closely with operations, design, and automation engineering teams to refine and innovate processes.

    What you will do:

    • Lead and align the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring processes, metrics, and standards support key priorities—safety, delivery, quality, and cost
    • Apply a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving, developing cost-effective solutions that enhance operations
    • Oversee installations and process improvement projects, driving advancements in productivity and technology to optimize manufacturing
    • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring all assignments meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations
    • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to foster operational excellence, continuously refining processes for efficiency and effectiveness

    What you will need to be successful:

    • A bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering is required
    • At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and processes
    • A proven track record of leading and managing manufacturing engineering teams
    • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, ready to take initiative and deliver consistent results
    • Strong adaptability and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment

    What you will do:

    • Create and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that minimizes inventory and cost while maximizing in-stock performance across the organization
    • Cultivate and sustain strategic vendor partnerships that support quality, reliability, and long-term business goals
    • Develop, track, and refine KPI dashboards to ensure supply chain performance aligns with evolving business requirements
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Distribution Center leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve operational excellence
    • Lead, align, and develop the Supply Chain team, creating goals, processes, standards, and metrics that support the company’s strategic focus

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (strongly preferred); related degree (required)
    • 5+ years of management experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Procurement leadership roles
    • High-level comprehension of MRP operating principles and proven success applying them in a manufacturing environment
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, along with strong skills in Word and Outlook
    • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve complex problems, communicate effectively with suppliers and internal leaders, and guide teams with a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution
