    Work model:

    • On-Site
    • Monday – Thursday
    • 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

    What you will do:

    • Champion lean initiatives by identifying and eliminating waste while enhancing team member capabilities through skill development
    • Provide hands-on coaching, guidance, and training to team leaders within your area of responsibility
    • Ensure team leaders complete all required training within a 12-month timeframe
    • Oversee the proper training of team members by their designated trainers, covering key areas such as safety protocols, quality standards, equipment usage, and 5S practices
    • Maintain accurate records of team member training progress using the training matrix
    • Set and align annual goals and objectives to support the achievement of key performance indicators
    • Act as the primary contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
    • Collaborate with union stewards on contract-related topics and disciplinary actions
    • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational success

    What you will need to be successful:

    • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a medium to high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing engineering, or operations preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset
    • Previous professional experience, internships, or co-ops considered relevant and valuable

  • Maintenance Technician

    Work model:

    • On-Site
    • 1st shift – Monday -Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • 2nd shift – Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
    • Weekend Day – 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    What you will do:

    • Design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits used for machine and equipment control
    • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
    • Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints
    • Demonstrate knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems
    • Perform basic mechanical repairs
    • Perform work associated with lower classification levels
    • Direct the work of others in lower classifications as needed
    • Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts, such as brushes and armatures
    • Install and monitor the performance of electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement
    • Interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions
    • Lay out, assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services, including panels, breakers, and conduit
    • Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and complete circuits according to diagram specifications
    • Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments
    • Perform a variety of tasks as directed by the Group Leader

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Two-year associate degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience
    • Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS

    • Interface with union stewards on contract and discipline issues

    What you will need to be successful:

    • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a medium/high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing engineering, or operations is preferred
    • Proven history of ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset
    • Previous professional, internship, or co-op experience will be taken into consideration as relevant experience
    • Previous experience working in Fabrication and/or Welding is preferred
