What you will do:
- Lead and supervise production staff, managing day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide workforce training
- Develop and monitor production schedules and manage inventory levels
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and collaborate across departments
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills
