Palmer Group is collaborating with our client to fill the position of Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner champions a culture of employee engagement and continuous improvement. The incumbent will support and enhance the assigned business unit, along with the Corporate HR team, by providing and assisting in finding solutions to issues that face the business and the people within the business.
Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
What you will do:
- Drive site-specific organizational design initiatives and lead change programs, such as business restructuring, with a strong focus on effective communication and colleague impact
- Support change management strategies, guiding managers through interventions that foster smooth transitions
- Plan and execute leadership development initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, coaching leaders and delivering targeted training programs
- Provide expert HR guidance on employment matters, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary issues
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance HR efficiencies
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
