What you will do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand the client base
- Prepare and present reports on account status, client feedback, and revenue metrics
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
What you will need to be successful:
- Insurance experience and knowledge of basic insurance principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
