Work model:
- On-Site
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday
What you will do:
- Identify and maintain high-quality sources of supply
- Evaluate the performance of existing and new suppliers
- Inform relevant departments of changes in raw material parameters affecting operations, prices, lead times, and specifications
- Address communication gaps, manufacturing process issues, or delivery delays with suppliers as they arise
- Visit supplier sites for issue resolution if necessary
- Oversee purchase order volumes, and inventory turns in alignment with procurement strategy
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in purchasing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement
- Ability to understand and comply with laws related to procurement and contracts
