This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions, and brings strong sourcing and relationship‑building skills to the table.

    The contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high‑quality candidates across a variety of roles.     What you will do:

    • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple platforms and techniques
    • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
    • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and pipeline development
    • Complete reference checks and assist with offer development
    • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
    • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations

    What you will need to be successful: 

    • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
    • Proven success in filling roles across multiple functions and levels
    • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and direct outreach
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building abilities
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
    • Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
