Our client, an industry-leading manufacturer, has an immediate need for a
Regional Sales Manager. If you live in the assigned territory and thrive on providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations, we would like to meet you to discuss this opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen current relationships and prospect new customer relations
- Visit customers independently
- Prepare and implement sales plans with customers
- Meet established sales goals for the assigned region
- Answer questions from all areas concerning the construction and design of the product
- Establish short-term and long-term objectives/goals and monitor results on a regular basis
- Maintain complete awareness of and analyze markets, competitor’s activities, and customer concerns and desires
- Ability to manage your expenses and stay within your monthly budget
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience selling windows and doors to homebuilders and developers is required
- Building materials or construction experience a plus
- Must live in or around the assigned territory (north of Indianapolis or Ohio)
- Reliable, self-motivated learner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as fractions, decimals, and percentages.
- Valid driver’s license is required
