    Work model:

    • On-Site
    • Monday – Thursday, 6 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Friday 6:00 AM -12:00 PMM or later if needed, based on demand

    What you will do:

    • Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team, including hiring and succession planning
    • Oversee the preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime
    • Ensure safe, reliable operation of all equipment and facilities
    • Coordinate contractors and manage vendor relationships
    • Partner with leadership and EHS to promote a strong safety culture
    • Develop maintenance standards, KPIs, and improvement initiatives
    • Manage the maintenance budget and parts inventory
    • Support maintenance needs across all shifts

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5+ years managing a maintenance department
    • 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, or operations
    • Proven experience leading teams and managing budgets
    • Knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Prior supervisory experience and comfort leading and developing a team
