What you will do:

• Deliver comprehensive support to loan officers across the bank by assessing loan requests and offering recommendations
• Pinpoint loan strengths and weaknesses and highlight deviations from loan policy
• Assist lending staff with document preparation and various underwriting tasks
• Offer lending services to consumer, mortgage, and commercial clients
• Conduct thorough, in-depth evaluations of new credit requests, credit change requests, renewals, annual relationship reviews, and credit presentations
• Generate and present detailed credit analyses while ensuring efficient and timely service to loan officers
• Analyze data to assess and rate the bank’s credit risk

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of commercial credit, financial analysis, or commercial lending experience
• Experience with credit risk management
• Familiarity with state and federal lending and compliance regulations

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management in the food or agriculture industries
• Ability to establish a performance-based culture
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Effective communication with all constituencies
• Ability to interpret and act on financial and operating data
• Ability to work in various climate conditions
