In this role, you will provide full services to loan officers by analyzing requests and providing recommendations. Additionally, you will help lending staff with document preparation and underwriting and support consumer, mortgage, and commercial clients. What you will do:
- Deliver comprehensive support to loan officers across the bank by assessing loan requests and offering recommendations
- Pinpoint loan strengths and weaknesses and highlight deviations from loan policy
- Assist lending staff with document preparation and various underwriting tasks
- Offer lending services to consumer, mortgage, and commercial clients
- Conduct thorough, in-depth evaluations of new credit requests, credit change requests, renewals, annual relationship reviews, and credit presentations
- Generate and present detailed credit analyses while ensuring efficient and timely service to loan officers
- Analyze data to assess and rate the bank’s credit risk
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of commercial credit, financial analysis, or commercial lending experience
- Experience with credit risk management
- Familiarity with state and federal lending and compliance regulations
