What you will do:
- Create and/or improve customer products and equipment technologies to deliver innovative solutions for complex issues
- Solve mechanical and system control problems when needed
- Support both senior management and the sales team by offering general information and equipment quotes as needed
- Formulate cost-effective solutions for KTP for use both internally and for customer applications in the manufacturing of their product
- Provide manning for both new and existing production operations
- Review, assess, and offer contractor quotes for both new and existing projects
- Ensure regular communication with customers to confirm KTP meets or exceeds expectations regarding problem resolution for overall customer satisfaction
What you will need to be successful:
- A Master’s degree or an advanced technical degree with 3-5+ years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of system controls and electrical engineering
- Solid background in system dynamics and mechanical engineering
- Ability to read, evaluate, and interpret business information, governmental regulations, technical procedures, or journals
