Work model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Thursday 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM

What you will do:

• Oversee hourly production employees under the supervision of the production manager
• Assist in leading and directing production tasks
• Handle employee coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Educate new employees on quality processes and work procedures
• Ensure production workers produce quality products that align with customer requirements

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisor role
