As the Human Resources Manager of this facility, you will provide full-service human resources services to the 100 team members onsite.
This facility specializes in one tool, allowing for one shift to meet all production needs. This individual will assist with recruitment and onboarding as well as work with hiring leaders to anticipate seasonal hiring needs and ongoing training and development. This is a fast-paced environment with minimal turnover and production of a quality product.

What you will do:
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
- Facilitate pre-employment screenings and execute orientations for new hires
- Benefit plan administration, including health and dental insurance, 401K plans, and paid time off
- Administer leaves of absence, including FMLA
- Support the weekly payroll processing including approval of time records of employees
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, preferred in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Ability to be on-site
