What you will do:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and dealers
- Prepare accurate quotes and ensure product specifications meet requirements
- Design and model custom or replacement parts using CAD software
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and improve processes
- Maintain documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- 3+ years in technical support, field service, or engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and hydraulics
- Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
