    What you will do:

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and dealers
    • Prepare accurate quotes and ensure product specifications meet requirements
    • Design and model custom or replacement parts using CAD software
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and improve processes
    • Maintain documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
    • 3+ years in technical support, field service, or engineering roles
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and hydraulics
    • Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
