    We are seeking a skilled IT Communications and Training Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting IT organizational change management, promotional efforts, and learning initiatives through the creation of impactful communications and training resources.
    Work model:

    • Hybrid

    What you will do:

    • Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications and training materials
    • Create user-focused content such as emails, step-by-step guides, FAQs, short videos, and other learning aids
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content aligns with user needs and industry best practices
    • Manage assigned project plans, track progress, escalate risks, and provide regular status updates
    • Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Outlook, SendGrid, Viva Engage, and ServiceNow to ensure consistent and timely delivery
    • Actively contribute to team success through collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing
    • Support additional initiatives and adapt to evolving priorities as needed

    What you will need to be successful:

    • 3+ years of experience in communications and/or instructional design, preferably in an IT or technology-related environment
    • Strong ability to create, repackage, and deliver user-centric content
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
    • Willingness to learn and use tools like SnagIt, Camtasia, and other content authoring platforms
    • Self-directed with the ability to work across specialized areas and learn new tools independently
    • Proven experience working collaboratively as part of a team

  • Document Specialist

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Specialist to join our growing Indiana insurance client. In this role, you will be responsible for physical and digital documents, ensuring secure storage, efficient retrieval, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.     Work model:

    • On-Site
    • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, some overtime
    • Monday – Friday

    What you will do:

    • Organize, classify, and maintain physical and electronic document storage systems
    • Ensure secure handling and storage of sensitive and confidential information
    • Coordinate with departments to archive or retrieve documents as needed
    • Arrange policy pages to be mailed to consumers
    • Assist in the digitization of physical records and support scanning/indexing processes
    • Maintain and search document databases
    • Assist with the mailroom services

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Experience in document management, records administration, or a similar position
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Highly reliable
    • Ability to lift and move boxes around 20 lbs
