What you will do:
- Ensure the front desk is covered, and provide effective and friendly customer service
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with the preparation of invoices and expense reports
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phones and greet visitors as needed
What you will need to be successful:
- Administrative assistant or related experience required
- Tech savvy, MS Office proficient
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
