What you will do:
- Lead the development and execution of a firmwide marketing strategy
- Craft messaging and brand that authentically reflects the company
- Create engaging, educational content for clients and partners across platforms, including web, social, print, and video
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent voice and tone in all communications
- Manage digital presence, including website content strategy, SEO, analytics tracking, and social media
- Partner with leadership and technical staff to develop strategic proposals, award submissions, press releases, and project stories
- Ideate and implement ways to creatively share the firm’s milestones, culture, and client impact
What you will need to be successful:
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a similar field
- Prior experience in strategic marketing, communications, or brand development
- Strong storytelling and writing skills
- Comfort with digital marketing tools, content strategy, SEO, analytics, and social media best practices
- Proactive, self-starting mindset and collaborative spirit
