- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday – Monday
What you will do:
- Offer product/service details and address customer and dealer inquiries, serving as the primary contact for resolving queries and enrollment activities
- Handle mainly inbound calls, with some outbound calls and emails
- Deliver outstanding service to customers and dealers over the phone
- Manage various conversations and collect enrollment information
- Utilize complex scripts and processes to clarify customer details and provide necessary assistance
- Oversee discussions on contracts, legal entities, and tax rules
- Create follow-up actions and input relevant information into internal systems after each interaction, ensuring data quality
- Implement processes to verify completeness and effectiveness for broader applications through shared or dedicated service teams
- Manage tickets from dealer/customer requests using a ticketing system
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling complex conversations in real-time
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OneNote
- Ability to navigate complex and non-intuitive interfaces and tools
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large amounts of data
- Adaptability to rapidly changing processes
