Work model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Thursday

What you will do:

• Work across multiple departments to ensure scheduling and compliance fall in line with order delivery
• Review and maintain inventory levels of product
• Communicate necessary needs to department staff and relevant team members
• Record new orders and input them into the system and existing schedule
• Restart material when needed

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
• Two years of experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
• Relevant computer skills
• Utilization of ERP system
• Strong organization and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire direction of the quality department and set strategic initiatives
• Ensure strict quality standards are maintained and improved upon
• Set and enact annual budgets for the department
• Develop department culture and foster an environment of growth
• Lead quality audits and uphold ISO 9001 standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a quality capacity
• Experience managing a Quality Assurance program (ISO)
• Management experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
• Must be able to pass a federal drug/alcohol and background check
