The administrative assistant’s main function is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Organize and manage communication, ticket management, and issue resolution in project workflows
- Monitor pending tickets and follow up when needed
- Review and update documentation related to projects
- Coordinate and perform training for users and other software applications to ensure the distribution of system knowledge
- Provide support and subject matter expertise for new users and participate in continual process improvement initiatives
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience
