What you will do:
- Serve as financial expert within the plant site
- Manage areas within the plant related to P&Ls, forecasting, auditing, budgeting
- Provide financial support to the manufacturing team, ensuring plant operational efficiency
- Oversight of manufacturing costs, performance measurements, and profitability
- Coordinate financial and cost management functions
- Work closely with all levels of plant management
- Analyze performance information and cost data
- Review key performance measurements with management teams
- Coordinate and manage year-end physical inventory and audits
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related degree
- 2+ years of related experience in an accounting/finance role
- Strong technical abilities, including Microsoft Office products
- Prior experience in audit, accounting, and/or reviewing key performance measurements is advantageous
