What you will do:

• Serve as financial expert within the plant site
• Manage areas within the plant related to P&Ls, forecasting, auditing, budgeting
• Provide financial support to the manufacturing team, ensuring plant operational efficiency
• Oversight of manufacturing costs, performance measurements, and profitability
• Coordinate financial and cost management functions
• Work closely with all levels of plant management
• Analyze performance information and cost data
• Review key performance measurements with management teams
• Coordinate and manage year-end physical inventory and audits

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related degree
• 2+ years of related experience in an accounting/finance role
• Strong technical abilities, including Microsoft Office products
• Prior experience in audit, accounting, and/or reviewing key performance measurements is advantageous
