    What you will do: 

    • Identify and implement a new Applicant Tracking System and Human Resources Information System
    • Create a strategy and vision for the department
    • Develop a new handbook and establish standardized policies and procedures
    • Oversee the benefits administration process 
    • Streamline recruitment efforts to ensure a great candidate experience
    • Focus on retention and employee engagement efforts
    • Develop middle-level managers

    What you will need to be successful:

    • 6+ years of human resources leadership experience
    • Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry 
    • Experience in identifying and implementing new HRIS and ATS

  • Commercial Press Operator

In this role, you’ll set up and operate presses, monitor quality, and keep production running smoothly.     What you will do:

    • Set up and operate heatset web presses to meet job specifications
    • Read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and artwork accurately
    • Monitor press performance and adjust for color, registration, and tension
    • Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal press operation
    • Operate folders, angle bars, and auxiliary equipment for proper finishing

    Job Requirements:

    • 3+ years as a Lead Press Operator
    • Ability to set up and operate heatset web presses safely and efficiently
    • Strong understanding of color, registration, and web tension adjustments
    • Experience reading and interpreting job tickets and layout specifications
    • Knowledge of routine press maintenance and troubleshooting common issues
    • Familiarity with folders, angle bars, and auxiliary press equipment
