What you will do:
- Represent the company, manage multi-discipline projects, delegate tasks, review construction schedules and timelines, and monitor the progress of projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Conduct onsite visits, collect project information, act as a liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams, and provide solutions to disputes
- Provide final approval and submission of proposals, set up project estimates and budgets, and assign resource allocation
- Monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and variances to both internal and external customers
- Offer constructive feedback, provide training, participate in marketing efforts, and engage in professional networking clubs
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field) with professional Project Management certification(s)
- 8+ years of construction project management with at least 3 years with industrial construction projects being preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and relevant project management software programs
- Ability to travel to customer plants and construction sites and comply with safety training and OSHA10 requirements
- Capability to independently organize and prioritize work assignments and coordinate various tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
