    Work model:

    • On-Site
    • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    What you will do:

    • Develop cost analyses and secure necessary approvals for capital investments and process enhancement initiatives
    • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects that deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
    • Collaborate closely with department managers to champion continuous improvement efforts across operations
    • Apply data-driven insights and root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and implement lasting solutions
    • Promote a cooperative and inclusive team culture within a unionized environment
    • Serve as a technical advisor to enhance outcomes in safety, quality, productivity, and workplace organization
    • Work in partnership with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and standardization of new equipment and tooling

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or demonstrated experience in PLC programming; equivalent experience will be considered
    • Proven track record of leading technical projects with clear timelines, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration
    • Familiarity with ISO standards and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
    • Skilled in using precision measuring tools, interpreting blueprints, and understanding general manufacturing workflows
