    What you will do:

    • Develop new business across a defined Midwest territory by targeting architects and commercial contractors
    • Identify bid opportunities, qualify leads, and build relationships in long sales cycles
    • Interpret and navigate plans and project specifications to position products effectively
    • Prepare bids, quotes, and proposals based on project requirements
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication between sales and operations
    • Maintain an active pipeline through consistent field activity, site visits, and direct outreach
    • Provide market feedback on competitive activity, customer needs, and industry trends

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Proven experience in commercial sales within industries such as cabinetry, casework, millwork, fixtures, or commercial building products
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
    • Strong hunter mentality with experience leading prospects through sales cycles
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
    • Ability to manage long sales cycles and maintain consistent activity, especially during the initial 6–9 months ramp period
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory

    What you will do:

    • Serve as the ERP subject matter expert, specializing in Infor M3 functionality, configuration, and technical support
    • Lead and oversee system integrations across multiple applications, ensuring data accuracy, security, and optimal performance
    • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and enhance workflows for efficiency
    • Manage and deliver ERP/IT projects from initiation through deployment, aligning outcomes with organizational objectives
    • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, scripts, and tools using modern technologies such as Python, JavaScript, and Angular
    • Build and maintain Infor ION Dataflows and Workflows, Infor M3 MEC mappings and extensions, as well as H5 scripts and applications
    • Write, refine, and optimize SQL queries (MSSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.) to support reporting, troubleshooting, and process automation
    • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline business processes through innovative technology solutions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage

    What you will need to do to be successful:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems (technical and functional), including Infor M3 (mandatory)
    • Knowledge and experience in Infor ecosystem tools
    • Experience with Infor M3 APIs (REST/ION API) and data integration methods
    • Strong background in system integrations (APIs, middleware, data flows)
    • Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and deliver results on time
    • Hands-on development experience with modern programming languages/frameworks (Python, JavaScript, Angular)
    • Proficiency in database languages such as MSSQL, Snowflake, or other modern databases
    • Knowledge of reporting tools (Infor Birst, Infor Analytics, Infor d/EPM)
    • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in M3
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a process optimization mindset
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
    • Knowledge of Infor’s extensibility tools (M3 H5 SDK, Event Hub, Extensions, Mashups) preferred
    • Experience with EDI, data visualization, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) preferred
    • Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in computer science or related field required; and 5+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret highly detailed professional, scientific, and technical journals
    • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company
    • Ability to write speeches, articles, or memos using original or innovative techniques or style
    • Overall understanding of Content Management
