As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be the connective force across the finance and treasury teams, supporting strategic initiatives, driving financial insights, and helping bring cross-functional teams together. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with the VP of Finance and bring a strong grasp of banking products like commercial lending, treasury services, and wealth management.

What you will do:

• Be a trusted partner to the VP of Finance, offering insights and hands-on support across financial operations and strategic initiatives
• Analyze performance and trends across business lines—from commercial lending to capital markets—providing actionable reporting and scenario modeling
• Help foster collaboration across remote teams in Accounting, Treasury, and Finance
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and regulatory submissions, including the NCUA Call Report
• Serve as a finance liaison to business units—explaining results, identifying risk/opportunity, and supporting enterprise goals
• Identify ways to streamline and modernize finance processes for better alignment and efficiency

What you will need to be successful:

• Experience in a credit union or bank, with exposure to a broad mix of products (e.g., retail, commercial, treasury, capital markets, or private banking)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and regulatory reporting
