As an Industrial Engineering Manager, you’ll spearhead engineering projects that optimize manufacturing methods, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll play a critical role in increasing distribution throughput and productivity while working closely with operations, design, and automation engineering teams to refine and innovate processes.

What you will do:
- Lead and align the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring processes, metrics, and standards support key priorities—safety, delivery, quality, and cost
- Apply a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving, developing cost-effective solutions that enhance operations
- Oversee installations and process improvement projects, driving advancements in productivity and technology to optimize manufacturing
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring all assignments meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to foster operational excellence, continuously refining processes for efficiency and effectiveness
What you will need to be successful:
- A bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering is required
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and processes
- A proven track record of leading and managing manufacturing engineering teams
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, ready to take initiative and deliver consistent results
- Strong adaptability and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
