    Work model:

    • On-Site
    • Monday – Friday
    • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

    What you will do:

    • Coordinate and deliver daily USPS mail and incoming packages across the site
    • Manage outgoing shipments, track deliveries, and maintain mail center supplies
    • Advise on shipping methods and provide alternative solutions when appropriate
    • Scan documents in accordance with departmental requirements
    • Handle documentation storage requests, including off-site storage management
    • Monitor inventory levels, oversee quarterly destruction orders, and process retrieval requests
    • Review and release internal orders while ensuring adherence to budget guidelines
    • Administer online configurations, user accounts, workflows, and approval processes
    • Process orders for business cards and nameplates
    • Provide backup support for event coordination, vendor escorting, and guard coverage
    • Operate office equipment such as postage meters, copiers, and scanners
    • Monitor and assign requests through the ticketing system
    • Identify, assess, and report risks—including information security concerns
    • Perform additional duties as needed to support operations

    What you will need to be successful:

    • High school diploma required
    • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
    • Associate’s degree preferred
    • 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year in administrative support preferred
    • Strong organizational abilities with skill in prioritizing multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work comfortably with a variety of software applications
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Endpoint Engineer

    We’re seeking a tech-savvy Endpoint Engineer for a 12-month contract, working 100% on-site. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with hardware and a solid background in inventory control, including understanding min/max levels. You’ll need a clear grasp of SLAs, the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.     What you will do:

    • Administer, optimize, image, and deploy corporate enterprise endpoints, including physical and virtual workstations
    • Assist in infrastructure maintenance activities, including monitoring and testing, following established procedures and guidelines under supervision
    • Support the Endpoint Services team by contributing to internal Knowledge Articles
    • Assist with inventory processing for incoming and outbound assets, ensuring equipment is properly tagged and recorded into ServiceNow
    • Take ownership of assigned tasks, projects, and tickets, focusing on quality and communication while following established procedures and guidelines under supervision
    • Follow regulatory requirements and ensure that daily maintenance tasks comply with security and regulatory standards
    • Communicate effectively with internal team members to understand user needs and provide clear updates on task progress

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • AZ-900 preferred
    • 1+ year experience in imaging physical and/or virtual endpoints required
    • 1+ year experience with ticketing systems and SLA adherence required
    • 1+ year experience with MDM platforms (Ex, Intune, Trellix, ManageEngine, Tanium) preferred
    • Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI-DSS is highly preferred
    • Competent in Active Directory user, computer, and group administration, security standards, tuning, configuration, and monitoring of Endpoints
    • Intermediate competency in supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, Android, and iOS
    • Ability to context switch in a dynamic and highly complex work environment
    • Experience following ITIL standards
    • Proven ability to write and/or implement scripts for automation
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system defects and mitigate the risks and issues they cause
