Work model:
- On-Site
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM every other Saturday, will have an afternoon off any week a Saturday is worked
What you will do:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and product information
- Open and close accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Complete address changes
- Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their banking experience
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer service
- Participate in community events and initiatives to strengthen community ties
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banking experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer systems and banking software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
