In this role, you will be responsible for safely performing maintenance duties on foundry equipment, including repairs, preventative and predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting. What you will do:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including lockout and tag out
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
• Repair and troubleshoot all equipment and production machinery, including electrically driven operating systems
• Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems
• Program industrial mechanical equipment and PLCs
• Ensure parts and machinery are clean, lubricated, and adjusted properly
• Communicate effectively with supervisor about equipment repair
• Utilize the computerized maintenance system to document tasks and follow-ups
• Adhere to the maintenance schedule

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven education or experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
