    What you will do:

    • Create CNC programs for milling, drilling, and turning operations on high-precision parts
    • Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Choose tooling, speeds, and feeds appropriate for aluminum and magnesium materials
    • Validate programs through simulation and first-piece inspection; make adjustments as needed
    • Work with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot programming or machining problems
    • Maintain documentation of programs and revisions per industry and certification standards
    • Support machine setup and assist with troubleshooting when required
    • Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for machining processes and cycle time reduction

    What you will need to be successful:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or CNC coursework preferred
    • 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Prior work experience with aluminum and/or magnesium component machining is preferred

  • Lab Supervisor

    Join our team as a Lab Supervisor and make a direct impact on critical aerospace hardware, guiding complex products from prototype through production in a highly certified environment. Lead multi-disciplinary labs that support advanced processes, including heat treatment, radiography, penetrant inspection, welding, and material testing. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools and methods, such as 3D printing and advanced large-scale 3D scanning, to drive innovation and precision.

     What you will do:

    • Schedule and coordinate mechanical and chemical testing, including destructive evaluations and special tube production
    • Ensure all lab activities comply with applicable testing, quality, and safety standards
    • Maintain accessible lab procedures and work instructions
    • Draft and submit revisions to Quality Control
    • Collaborate with engineering and quality on test planning for pre-development parts and production needs
    • Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer-required documentation
    • Train, coach, and evaluate personnel across Metallurgical, Special, and Chemical Labs
    • Maintain training matrices, Round Robin participation, and related documentation
    • Coordinate equipment calibration and preventive maintenance with external suppliers and schedule services
    • Direct and monitor quality assurance and quality control activities to optimize quality and manage cost
    • Serve as key personnel for NADCAP and AS9100 requirements and audits
    • Manage material testing programs and partner with production teams on continuous improvement

     What you will need to be successful:

    • 3+ years of laboratory experience testing metallic materials
    • 3+ years of supervisory experience
    • Working knowledge of AS9100 or NADCAP preferred

    • Associate degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 5 years of metrology experience with strong technical skills
    • Proficiency in Polyworks, Excel, and metrology tools (snap calipers, micrometers)
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
    • Strong communication skills for coordinating across departments
    • Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, and NADCAP standards preferred
