What you will do:

  • Support the implementation, programming, and documentation of advanced PLC, HMI, and robotic automation systems
  • Assist with equipment integration, onsite installation, startup, and commissioning activities
  • Troubleshoot automation issues, documenting findings, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts
  • Follow established best practices for documentation, testing, risk management, and service engagements
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to execute project tasks and support run‑offs
  • Complete daily onsite work logs and travel up to 50% to support customer projects

What you will need to be successful:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical training with hands‑on experience
  • Working knowledge of PLCs and HMIs; at least 1–2 years of PLC programming preferred (Studio 5000, RSLogix 500)
  • Familiarity with Allen‑Bradley platforms, FactoryTalk View, and ideally Ignition; Fanuc robot experience is a plus
  • Experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical is beneficial
  • Strong safety mindset, communication skills, and customer‑service orientation
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
