What You Will Do:

• Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control
• Support sales and business development through estimating, proposal preparation, and client communication
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor project progress and compliance
• Attend site visits and meetings, track action items, and follow up as needed
• Maintain accurate time and equipment records
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or a related industry is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management and office software
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand construction methods
