Join our team as a Maintenance Planner/Technician and take on a high‑impact role where you’ll help shape and influence maintenance programs in a smaller, highly flexible manufacturing environment. Backed by strong business stability, diversified customer markets, and consistent year‑round work, this position offers direct access to ownership and key decision makers, providing clear visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. You’ll work closely with team leads who handle daily PMs, coordinate with specialized outside vendors, and independently organize maintenance priorities to support maximum production uptime.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance and maintenance projects
  • Scope out maintenance programs and track work completion
  • Perform complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
  • Coordinate and oversee outside contractors for specialized tasks
  • Support team leads completing daily PMs and minor line maintenance
  • Maintain and repair production equipment
  • Handle basic facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building upkeep
  • Maintain spare parts, tools, and materials inventory

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting ability
  • Experience in planning maintenance work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience coordinating and overseeing outside contractors
  • General facility maintenance capability
