What You Will Do:

  • Procure parts to support production and operations
  • Identify potential sources and suppliers for sourcing needs
  • Request quotes from vendors and analyze sourcing options to determine the best value
  • Issue Purchase Orders and track order progress through to completion
  • Communicate with suppliers and factory teams to update on order status and resolve issues
  • Work with the factory to label, store, and stage parts for easy access and inventory management
  • Track part inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and record-keeping

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Procurement or sourcing background
  • Experience requesting quotes (RFQs)
  • Ability to identify sources and analyze sourcing options
  • Strong data tracking and communication skills
