Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Guide and coordinate frontline production and operational teams to meet performance expectations
  • Align daily activities with departmental objectives for safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and cost
  • Act as a direct link between hourly employees and site leadership to ensure clear communication
  • Evaluate operational issues and implement solutions to improve processes, output, and consistency
  • Enforce company policies, labor agreements, and work rules while ensuring fair and consistent application
  • Track employee and line performance and initiate appropriate coaching or corrective measures
  • Champion workplace safety by maintaining compliance with standards and promoting risk prevention
  • Allocate resources and prioritize work based on production demands and business needs
  • Develop team capability through onboarding, training, feedback, and ongoing performance guidance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and overall operations

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory or team leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of two years of hands-on manufacturing, operations, or production experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, engage, and hold teams accountable in a structured work environment
  • Experience working within a unionized workforce or labor‑regulated setting
  • Strong capability to analyze problems, make sound decisions, and apply practical solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and data tracking or reporting systems
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and preventive maintenance concepts
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and operational performance
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus
