Maintenance Lead

Palmer Group's client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the on-shift technical leader for the facility, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting technicians, and ensuring equipment reliability across production. Work Model:

• On-Site
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You Will Do:

• Act as the on-shift escalation lead for all maintenance-related concerns
• Direct, schedule, and assist maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Evaluate and sequence maintenance activities according to production schedules, safety requirements, and urgency
• Drive advanced troubleshooting efforts involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
• Investigate and correct complex equipment failures to reduce downtime and maintain operational continuity
• Understand PLC ladder logic and utilize PLC interfaces to support diagnostics and system troubleshooting

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing, processing, packaging, or a similar environment
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support on-shift maintenance technicians across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic disciplines
• Working knowledge of  PLCs, industrial electricity, welding, or automation (preferred)
