Client Intake Specialist

Work Model:

• Remote
• Must live within the Des Moines Metro (up to 2 hours away)
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the intake and routing of work requests within Salesforce Cases to ensure timely and accurate handling
• Convert incoming emails and faxes into electronic records by printing, scanning, and importing from shared inboxes
• Navigate healthcare provider portals to collect, prepare, and process required documentation
• Maintain document accuracy by applying standardized naming conventions and directing files to the correct workflows
• Load, index, and distribute documents in Document Locator to support downstream processing

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• Demonstrated precision and consistency when handling data entry and document processing
• Proficient typing ability with solid overall computer and system navigation skills
• Previous experience working with Salesforce Cases is a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare portals and handling confidential or sensitive information is preferred
• Ability to maintain a quiet, secure, and distraction‑free work environment due to confidential client data
