What You Will Do:

  • Lead day-to-day production operations in a high-speed, multi-SKU manufacturing environment
  • Drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all production areas
  • Manage labor deployment, staffing models, and productivity to meet changing production demands
  • Monitor production performance and optimize efficiency, waste reduction, and throughput
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, planning, quality, and maintenance teams
  • Coach and develop supervisors and frontline leaders while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership
