What You Will Do:

  • Design and create high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, tour materials, proposals, offering memorandums, email campaigns, presentations, aerials, and signage, ensuring a consistent brand identity
  • Develop and maintain branded templates for use by brokers and team members
  • Oversee end-to-end property marketing efforts, from initial concept to final production
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content updates, online listing platforms, and social media campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with brokers to understand their marketing needs and deliver tailored solutions within tight deadlines
  • Support business development activities by preparing pitch materials and conducting market research
  • Coordinate with vendors such as photographers, sign makers, and printers to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing assets
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to office support and property management logistics
  • Maintain organized digital files and support general office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign, with a robust portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • A professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Experience in commercial real estate or related industries is preferred, but a passion for the field is a plus
  • Familiarity with mapping tools like REGIS Online and Google Earth
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate listing platforms such as Crexi, LoopNet, and Redi Catylist
  • Basic photo editing skills and experience using AI tools for writing and graphics
  • Prior experience assisting with property management operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within commercial real estate or a similar fast-paced environment
