Processing Specialists

We are seeking detail-oriented and adaptable Processing Specialists to support our client's operations team. In this role, you will focus primarily on data entry and processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while working across multiple systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team.

• On-Site

What You Will Do:

• Perform a variety of data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Review forms and process updates, including:
  • Beneficiary changes
  • Address changes
  • Other account updates
• Ensure all documentation is processed in compliance with established procedures
• Engage in minimal phone interaction; role is primarily back-office processing
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments as needed

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving processes
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
