What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a technical resource to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues for field teams, channel partners, and customers, following established Problem Resolution Processes
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts by utilizing advanced diagnostic skills, systems, and tools to analyze data from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality improvement groups, to identify root causes and implement solutions for product problems
  • Develop and author troubleshooting bulletins and technical solutions to support field teams and channel partners in resolving complex issues
  • Assist in gathering parts needed for product updates, supporting both experimental and production modifications
  • Travel periodically (approximately 10-20%) across the US and Canada to provide on-site problem resolution and equipment updates

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Strong understanding of diesel engine diagnostics, including electrical systems and aftertreatment components
  • Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and proprietary applications, with a technical aptitude for new systems
  • Solid knowledge of Battery Electric Vehicle Systems is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and work collaboratively across teams to resolve issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Minimum of a two-year degree in electrical engineering technology, diesel power technology, manufacturing engineering technology, technology management, or similar field (preferred) 
  • Recent graduates from agricultural tech schools or related programs (preferred)
