Advisory Assistant – Financial Processing

An established financial client is seeking qualified candidates for their open Advisory Assistant position. We are seeking individuals with stellar communication skills who can thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment within the financial services industry. Work Model:

• On-Site
• 8:00 AM -5:00 PMM

What You Will Do:

• Review changes to the financial representative team for accuracy
• Run reports and share with team and/or advisors as requested
• Prepare rep change documents and forms to be sent on advisors' behalf
• Review incoming and outgoing forms, organize, and process

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Must be proficient with MS Excel and have experience with Pivot Tables
• Ability to accurately enter sensitive data into business systems
• Attention to detail and a quick learner
• Financial processing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
