Revenue Quality Assurance Analyst – Temp

The Revenue Quality Assurance Analyst (Temp) ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of revenue, billing, pricing, and client data through quality assurance, auditing, and data analysis. This role supports revenue leakage prevention initiatives, validates billing accuracy, reviews client contracts and pricing structures, and identifies process improvement opportunities. Working closely with Accounting, Finance, Pricing, Management, and other stakeholders, the analyst investigates discrepancies, implements corrective actions, supports audits, and reports findings to leadership. What You Will Do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and controls for Billing and Revenue operations
• Audit billing, client pricing, and revenue data to identify discrepancies and prevent revenue leakage
• Document quality control procedures and report operational risks or data quality issues
• Partner with Accounting on revenue recognition activities and process improvements
• Collaborate with Finance and Pricing teams to validate annual price increases and billing accuracy
• Support internal and external audits by providing contracts, invoices, schedules, and related documentation
• Perform client, product, revenue, and billing analysis, including monthly trend reviews
• Identify process gaps, recommend workflow improvements, and support strategic initiatives
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and communicate findings to management and senior leadership

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, legal studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in auditing, billing, reconciliations, contract review, or revenue operations
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis), plus Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot
