What You Will Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Client Servicing Team to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Oversee daily servicing operations, workflows, and quality control to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and support employee growth and development
• Manage escalated client issues and provide hands-on support for complex service situations
• Develop and improve processes, SOPs, and systems to enhance operational effectiveness
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of team members

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Financial services industry experience required
• Retirement planning industry experience preferred
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong knowledge of client service operations and workflow management
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
