What You Will Do:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support
  • Assist customers with general questions, troubleshooting, scheduling and rescheduling assessments, and administrative requests
  • Perform outbound outreach to providers and members as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and complete data entry within established timelines
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence in accordance with company procedures and contract requirements
  • Listen to customer concerns, analyze situations, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to support service level agreements and continuous process improvement

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service, healthcare, or related experience, with previous leadership, mentoring, or team support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and professional interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and calendar management
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and triage issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team while delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Preferred experience in contact or call centers, healthcare, insurance, or managed care, with knowledge of medical terminology, ICD/CPT coding, healthcare processes, and bilingual language skills
