Production Supervisor

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

• Lead and develop five Team Leads responsible for production performance across five shifts
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations while meeting daily production goals
• Drive employee engagement, accountability, and performance management initiatives
• Conduct coaching, counseling, and corrective action conversations as necessary
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement efforts to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Collaborate with management on production planning, staffing requirements, and operational priorities
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Support training and development efforts for production personnel
• Partner with international colleagues and communicate effectively across cultural and geographic boundaries

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated progression into leadership roles
• Experience managing frontline leaders, supervisors, or team leaders
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and hold team members accountable while maintaining employee engagement
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build relationships on the production floor and foster a culture of trust and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills, including cross-cultural communication
• Ability to handle operational challenges and adapt quickly to changing priorities
