What You Will Do:

• Direct facility planning, office space design, and workplace improvement initiatives
• Coordinate office moves, relocations, and occupancy planning initiatives
• Ensure adherence to building, accessibility, fire, and workplace safety requirements
• Establish project scopes, budgets, schedules, and cost projections
• Partner with internal departments to facilitate project planning and implementation
• Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service partners throughout project lifecycles

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Experience managing facilities, office construction, renovations, or relocations
• Experience with project coordination, planning, and organizational expertise
• Infrastructure, workplace planning, accessibility standards, and safety compliance knowledge
• Concurrent project oversight and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills
• Written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and issue resolution skills
