Annuities Specialist

Work Model:

• Hybrid
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

• Answer incoming calls from clients, financial advisors, and insurance agents with questions about annuity applications and status
• Review new business paperwork for completeness, compliance, and accuracy before submission
• Follow up on missing documents or information with clients and agents
• Enter client data into internal tracking systems accurately and quickly
• Process premium payments and coordinate fund transfers with financial institutions

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience processing new business annuity applications and related transactions
• Knowledge of state insurance rules and compliance standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues and business partners
• Strong attention to detail to catch errors in legal and financial documents
• Working knowledge navigating systems and databases
