The selected candidate will play a vital role in estimating, feasibility studies, and design alternatives, while also guiding technical execution during the build phase. What you will do:

• Contribute to project estimating, feasibility analyses, and evaluation of design alternatives
• Review shop drawings and deliver technical guidance throughout the construction phase
• Cultivate lasting client relationships while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Prepare clear, comprehensive, and precise construction documentation
• Drive initiatives that align with corporate objectives and support individual professional growth
• Collaborate on BIM coordination and prefabrication strategies to enhance project efficiency
• Perform load calculations, select equipment, and coordinate seamlessly with structural and electrical teams
• Design mechanical systems—including HVAC, hydronic, and plumbing—using Revit and AutoCAD

What you will need to be successful:

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or actively working toward licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience strongly preferred; prior design-build project involvement considered a plus
