Materials Manager

We’re looking for a Materials Manager to lead all materials flow from our offsite third-party managed warehouse to production lineside. This role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and central to keeping our operation running smoothly. You’ll guide both internal teams and external partners, ensuring the right materials arrive at the right place at the right time.

Work Model:

• On-site
• 7:00AM – 4:00PM
• Monday–Friday
• Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, and highly visible across production and logistics

What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end material flow—from 3PL warehouse to lineside—to ensure stable, predictable delivery
• Manage the 3PL partnership, including KPIs, service expectations, contract governance, and performance outcomes
• Direct a large multi‑shift materials team with a strong focus on communication, structure, and accountability
• Maintain strong inventory accuracy through scan-based tracking and disciplined transfer point controls
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean practices, standardized work, and optimized delivery processes

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within materials management or manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in high-volume, fast-moving environments
• Hands-on experience working with or managing 3PL providers using KPI-driven frameworks
• Proven success in improving processes, enforcing standards, and leading operational change
